Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Valley View FC's Del McMahon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Seth Addison left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valley View FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, Del McMahon lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Winston Dumas. When Del McMahon in the 11th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Winston Dumas kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 3-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Winston Dumas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seth Addison in the 15th minute of play. When Valley View FC's Del McMahon in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Canfield's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18th minute, Seth Addison made a precise shot to the right of Winston Dumas. Canfield's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 22nd minute, Don Stevens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valley View FC's Wilber Crum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trinidad Velasquez in the 24th minute of play. Wilber Crum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trinidad Velasquez in the 29th minute of play. Winston Dumas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Del McMahon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles Williamson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Valley View FC's Jackson McDonald ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Winston Dumas. Winston Dumas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. In the 37th minute of the match Enoch Burton shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Winston Dumas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 38 played minutes, Valley View FC's Tommie Sanders shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Winston Dumas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Valley View FC reached it. In the 39th minute, Del McMahon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Winston Dumas. The goal made the score 6-0. Del McMahon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jackson McDonald took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Winston Dumas. Winston Dumas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Trinidad Velasquez was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th match minute, Valley View FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Don Stevens to maneuver through the defense. Del McMahon scored 8-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Winston Dumas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th match minute, Valley View FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Don Stevens to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trinidad Velasquez in the 70th minute of play forced Valley View FC's goalkeeper Wilber Crum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Canfield were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Valley View FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Willard Talbot took the corner. Del McMahon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Keys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Wilber Crum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Winston Dumas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Del McMahon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Charles Wooten during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Charles Wooten hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Valley View FC defense, Victor Keys kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilber Crum. The Valley View FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilber Crum should have stopped the shot. When Valley View FC's Seth Addison in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Canfield's goalie prevented a goal. Winston Dumas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Del McMahon, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Wilber Crum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trinidad Velasquez in the 96th minute of play. Valley View FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
