Rudy Decker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremiah Butler, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Rosamond FC's Randell Sandoval in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 14th match minute, Rosamond FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roscoe Davila to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rosamond FC's Roscoe Davila got a free kick in the 16th minute. Alistair Beck, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Rudy Decker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Randell Sandoval's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The audience was convinced that Jeremiah Butler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rudy Decker was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Randell Sandoval came free, but Rudy Decker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 minutes, Curt Suarez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosamond FC and the Nacional players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes Rosamond FC got a freekick which was hit by Curt Suarez. Nacional's Alistair Beck shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 44th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Riley Guerra but with some difficulty. If Abdul Wiley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Korey Willard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Rudy Decker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremiah Butler was the one to do the kick off. Randell Sandoval who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Rudy Decker when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jeremiah Butler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roscoe Davila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudy Decker having to interfere. In the 64th minute of the match, Bo Hays tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rudy Decker saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Nacional's Rudy Decker got control of the ball when Randell Sandoval tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute, Ralph Fountain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Rosamond FC booed when Nacional was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Gore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Korey Willards short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Rudy Decker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Roscoe Davila sped through Nacional's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rudy Decker. Rudy Decker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremiah Butler in the 81st minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Roscoe Davila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosamond FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roscoe Davila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudy Decker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremiah Butler in the 86th minute of play. Nacional's Rudy Decker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korey Willard in the 87th minute of play. A hard shot 89 in the game by Randell Sandoval from a close distance when the talented Rudy Decker managed to make a qualified save. Nacional's players were relieved. When the final whistle sounded Rosamond FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nacional.
