Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes, FC Pizza's Jason Madrid shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chris Swift came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Pizza reached it. A collision led to San Clemente getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Aurelio Baca hit a great ball. In the 6th minute of the match Jason Madrid sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chris Swift skillfully saved the ball. Eddy Sorenson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 7th minute. San Clemente's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 11 played minutes FC Pizza got a freekick which was hit by Clay Hunter. Zackary Sharpe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Hilliard in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Clay Hunter made a precise shot to the right of Chris Swift. San Clemente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Aaron Hilliard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Zackary Sharpe made a huge save. Marquis Copeland kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 32 minutes, Trey Darden mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Pizza and the San Clemente players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, FC Pizza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trey Darden to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of San Clemente booed when FC Pizza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trey Darden didn't get a good kick on the ball. San Clemente's Chris Swift played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clay Hunter in the 44th minute of play. Clay Hunter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half FC Pizza were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eddy Sorenson was the one to do the kick off. Chris Swift made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clay Hunter in the 53rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Clay Hunter reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chris Swift. The goal made the score 0-4. Clay Hunter might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chris Swift. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
