Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rudy Timmons kicked off to start the match. Mohammad Jewell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudy Timmons, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Scotty Dodson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geoffrey Carlton having to interfere. Emmitt Hawk walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Emmitt Hawk put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Geoffrey Carlton. After having played for 15 minutes, Scotty Dodson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Opportunity FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Scotty Dodson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 19 played minutes Opportunity FC got a freekick which was hit by Korey Horne. Scotty Dodson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cottonwhistle's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emmitt Hawk was slow to take the kick. During this time Opportunity FC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which D.J. Siegel managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Carson Brunson's late challenge caught a Opportunity FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carson Brunson helped the player get up and apologised. Carson Brunson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Cottonwhistle's Geoffrey Carlton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tory Joseph in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Tory Joseph managed to get in a good position for a shot. Opportunity FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tory Joseph was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geoffrey Carlton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Cottonwhistle's Carson Brunson got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Geoffrey Carlton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tory Joseph, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Tory Joseph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Geoffrey Carlton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Opportunity FC's Scotty Dodson got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Opportunity FC fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Opportunity FC's Tory Joseph looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Tory Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geoffrey Carlton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Scotty Dodson in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Brian Hays sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tory Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tory Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geoffrey Carlton having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Opportunity FC's Scotty Dodson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geoffrey Carlton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Scotty Dodson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tory Joseph came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Opportunity FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tory Joseph couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute, Tory Joseph left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Opportunity FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 80th match minute, Opportunity FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korey Horne to maneuver through the defense. Scotty Dodson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Geoffrey Carlton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tory Joseph took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geoffrey Carlton. Geoffrey Carlton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. There was no doubt that Opportunity FC were the better team. Opportunity FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
