Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Evan Lofton got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spencer Michel in the 3rd minute of play forced Hillandale's goalkeeper Jonathan Garner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, MoneySly SC's goal looked a bit too open when Son McRae came free, but Cory Boyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MoneySly SC's Giuseppe Kenney got a free kick in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the match, Evan Lofton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Garner. Hillandale's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evan Lofton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 27 minutes into the match, MoneySly SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Callahan came free, but Cory Boyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Evan Lofton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jonathan Garner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of MoneySly SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hillandale:s goal. Art Sorensen struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Jonathan Garner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MoneySly SC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a defensive mix-up in MoneySly SC's zone, Ted Callahan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cory Boyce came out of the goal and Ted Callahan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moses Larkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evan Lofton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Garner having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hillandale's Jess Petersen got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Cory Boyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moses Larkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, MoneySly SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Callahan came free, but Cory Boyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Hillandale got a freekick which was hit by Son McRae. Spencer Michel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Garner having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Hillandale's Ted Callahan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cory Boyce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. 89 minutes into the game, Art Sorensen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MoneySly SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hillandale the free kick. A collision led to MoneySly SC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Art Sorensen hit a great ball.
