Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Percy Garland successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Brendan Padilla succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 30th playminute. Sammy MacFarland kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Nathanial Forrest made a precise shot to the right of Duncan Ruiz. Myrtle Beach FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Nathanial Forrest struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Duncan Ruiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for chicago fc. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Loren Slaughter made a kick off. Duncan Ruiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Willy Sierra in the 54th minute. 54 minutes into the game, Moises Peachey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Myrtle Beach FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave chicago fc the free kick. A collision led to Myrtle Beach FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Moises Peachey hit a great ball. In the 57thth minute of the game Loren Slaughter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Myrtle Beach FC's Duncan Ruiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rick Romo came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Duncan Ruiz could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Willy Sierra got free with Duncan Ruiz in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duncan Ruiz was a little too slow when Nathanial Forrest got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 1-6. Duncan Ruiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loren Slaughter in the 67th minute of the match. Myrtle Beach FC's Duncan Ruiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Myrtle Beach FC from getting a goal against them. After 77 played minutes Myrtle Beach FC got a freekick which was hit by Josh Vang. chicago fc's J.P. Flores got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wes Lange could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Duncan Ruiz made a huge save. After having played for 83 minutes, Rick Romo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. chicago fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rick Romo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
