Dwight Roach was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a little luck, Winchester FC's Mohammed Glover got control of the ball when Cobi Griffin tried to sneak it across the goal line. North Plymouth FC's Fred Schaffer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emmanuel Kinney in the 21st minute of play. In the 29th minute Cobi Griffin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammed Glover saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fred Schaffer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Shipley in the 30th minute of the match. Truman James received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Mohammed Glover tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Winchester FC's Mohammed Glover proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Winchester FC from getting a goal against them. Fred Schaffer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Collins in the 40th minute of the match. When Jose Shipley fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Winchester FC's protests and gave Jose Shipley a yellow card for diving instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the game, Rodrick Hess recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mohammed Glover. Rodrick Hess showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Fred Schaffer made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Karl Collins sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the match, Winchester FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrick Hess came free, but Mohammed Glover reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Truman James received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Mohammed Glover tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohammed Glover showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cobi Griffin in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Karl Collins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Schaffer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 71stth minute of the game Cobi Griffin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Winchester FC's Mohammed Glover was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fred Schaffer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Kinney in the 74th minute of the match. Mohammed Glover showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cobi Griffin, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Abraham Hewitt hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Mohammed Glover stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cobi Griffin's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Mohammed Glover made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrick Hess in the 86th minute of play. If Rodrick Hess had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Winchester FC's Mohammed Hardy shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fred Schaffer but with some difficulty. North Plymouth FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
