Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tim Hyatt made the kick off and thus started the match. Hans Dorsey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carson Hanna, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Tim Hyatt kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Carson Hanna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hans Dorsey came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by BYU Cougars's Carson Hanna. But to his dismay, Carson Hanna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th minute, Joshua Keller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Carson Hanna made a precise shot to the right of Hans Dorsey. Ken Caryl's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Ken Caryl's Esteban Sargent got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Tim Hyatt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40thth minute of the game Carson Hanna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ken Caryl's Hans Dorsey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carson Hanna made a kick off. Tim Hyatt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Sydney Jacob tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carson Hanna had several of the Ken Caryl's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Hans Dorsey as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 59th minute, Scotty Lawson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Ken Caryl's goal looked a bit too open when Carson Hanna came free, but Hans Dorsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tim Hyatt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Jacob having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, BYU Cougars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Keller to maneuver through the defense. Ken Caryl were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after BYU Cougars's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Walton Lentz took the corner. Hans Dorsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carson Hanna in the 73rd minute of play. Colin Ventura hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. BYU Cougars's Percy Lawler quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emilio Kelley, made in the 78th minute of the game. In the 80th minute, Scotty Lawson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Carson Hanna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hans Dorsey. That made the score 0-5 in the 86 minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, BYU Cougars's Carson Hanna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hans Dorsey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hans Dorsey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carson Hanna in the 92nd minute. Colin Ventura hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Carson Hanna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BYU Cougars's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ken Caryl the free kick. Sydney Jacob stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tim Hyatt's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
