Dan Whittaker was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Seth Carlos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Banzo y Pinto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Seth Carlos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dan Whittaker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seth Carlos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes Pittsburgh got a freekick which was hit by Chad Gallegos. Dan Whittaker made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Seth Carlos sent off a good shot on target. After 41 played minutes Pittsburgh got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Lynn. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Nick Parrish managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pittsburgh's supporters rose to their feet, but Nick Parrish was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marlin Sherwood breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Jeremiah Rowland made the kick off in the second half. Randall Hollingsworth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Seth Carlos sped through Pittsburgh's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dan Whittaker. Randall Hollingsworth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Marlin Sherwood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Whittaker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremiah Rowland, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Nick Parrish sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Banzo y Pinto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Wilhelm came free, but Marlin Sherwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marlin Sherwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randall Hollingsworth in the 77th minute of play. Dan Whittaker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremiah Rowland, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Seth Carlos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Whittaker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Banzo y Pinto FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonathan Ford in the 89th minute. In the 93rd match minute, Pittsburgh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lenny Boyle to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute of the match Jonathan Ford sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dan Whittaker skillfully saved the ball.
