Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tory McCord started the match with the kick off. A collision led to West Puente Valley getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Jerrod Sams hit a great ball. Van Draper spun around in front of the goal 5 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of West Puente Valley's goal. In the 7th minute Van Draper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirby Naylor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Van Draper in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kirby Naylor saved West Puente Valley from getting behind. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Miller Place FC's goalkeeper Eusebio Lyon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th minute Tory McCord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Lyon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. West Puente Valley's Kirby Naylor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darin Correa in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes, Duke Carrey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miller Place FC and the West Puente Valley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Duke Carrey hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. If Tory McCord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Terrence Epps fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Lyon having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Blair Garland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Jospeh Marsh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46thth minute of the game Tory McCord who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miller Place FC's Eusebio Lyon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Darin Correa was the one to do the kick off. Tory McCord received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Eusebio Lyon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Jackson Vogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Lyon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 60 minutes into the game, when Corey Roberson put in a rough tackle. Lorenzo Cope shot the penalty kick right outside the post. With a little luck, West Puente Valley's Kirby Naylor got control of the ball when Van Draper tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Miller Place FC's Lorenzo Cope got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, West Puente Valley's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Darin Correa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 78th minute, Van Draper got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Darin Correa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Darin Correa struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Kirby Naylor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miller Place FC. Kirby Naylor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darin Correa in the 87th minute of the match. Samuel Carlos charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Carlos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Samuel Carlos hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
