Enrique Bellamy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Hess having to interfere. A collision led to Avondale Estates getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Rocco Dale hit a great ball. After 12 played minutes Avondale Estates got a freekick which was hit by Ned Lundy. After some careless play in the Avondale Estates defense, Randall Covington kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Reed. The Avondale Estates fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Reed should have stopped the shot. Jerome Neely kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Monty Villegas hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Terrell Guy was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Mason Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Reed having to interfere. Avondale Estates's Sebastian Reed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randall Covington in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Avondale Estates's zone, Randall Covington stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Reed came out of the goal and Randall Covington tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mason Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Randall Covington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Sebastian Reed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Randall Covington to make the kick off. Sebastian Reed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Randall Covington in the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Bellamy in the 54th minute of play forced Guerneville FC's goalkeeper Rudolf Hess to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Bellamy took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rudolf Hess. Rudolf Hess dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 59 minutes into the game, Rocco Dale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Avondale Estates's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guerneville FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Avondale Estates's Rocco Dale got a free kick in the 59th minute. Sebastian Reed didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 65th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Rudolf Hess took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Bellamy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The goalkeeper, Sebastian Reed, was totally fooled by Guerneville FC's Terrell Guy, who 74 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mason Ramos got free with Sebastian Reed in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Randall Covington kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Mason Ramos hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Enrique Bellamy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Ned Lundy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Avondale Estates's Ned Lundy got a free kick in the 90th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Guerneville FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Bellamy came free, but Rudolf Hess reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Avondale Estates fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guerneville FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
