Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Terence Stroud kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, INTER MIAMI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garth Hearn to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saul Kaplan during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Yukon getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Saul Kaplan hit a great ball. Olin Benoit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego McClain, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 8 played minutes Yukon got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Hunt. 9 minutes into the match, Yukon's goal looked a bit too open when Tracey Winters came free, but Olin Benoit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl Dalton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terence Stroud, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Harry Nesbitt's late challenge caught a Yukon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harry Nesbitt helped the player get up and apologised. Terence Stroud might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl Dalton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Terence Stroud ran back to his position shaking his head. Terence Stroud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Dalton having to interfere. The INTER MIAMI fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when INTER MIAMI's Diego McClain looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lorenzo Hunt hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Diego McClain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diego McClain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenzo Hunt hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Olin Benoit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tracey Winters in the 32nd minute of play. Olin Benoit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego McClain, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Yukon's goal looked a bit too open when Tracey Winters came free, but Olin Benoit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego McClain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Olin Benoit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tracey Winters made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Yukon's Zackary Elmore got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 59th minute, Myles Durham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Terence Stroud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl Dalton was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Yukon's goal looked a bit too open when Tracey Winters came free, but Olin Benoit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Yukon's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Diego McClain fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Yukon's Olin Benoit got control of the ball when Diego McClain tried to sneak it across the goal line. Myles Durham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Karl Dalton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Terence Stroud took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Dalton. Karl Dalton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 78th match minute, INTER MIAMI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garth Hearn to maneuver through the defense. INTER MIAMI's Karl Dalton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terence Stroud in the 81st minute of play. If Myles Durham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. INTER MIAMI's Tracey Winters got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tracey Winters struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Olin Benoit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INTER MIAMI. After a rather tough play, Yukon's Saul Kaplan got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Myles Durham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Dalton having to interfere.
