Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Farrell's Marquis Wilson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Desmond Rankin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquis Wilson in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 minutes of play, Farrell's Ollie White made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Desmond Rankin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jesse Shapiro hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Desmond Rankin came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Farrell's Marquis Wilson. But to his dismay, Marquis Wilson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some careless play in the Royal Oak FC defense, Marquis Wilson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Desmond Rankin. The Royal Oak FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Desmond Rankin should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Ollie White ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Desmond Rankin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. 40 minutes in the game Tyron Rhodes did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sonny Mueller. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eddie Brownell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Desmond Rankin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ollie White, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Fabian McLean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Brownell in the 53rd minute of play. Royal Oak FC's Eddie Brownell got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 55 played minutes Royal Oak FC got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Brownell. Oscar Willett kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Oscar Willett hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Eddie Brownell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Fabian McLean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desmond Rankin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquis Wilson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Royal Oak FC's Desmond Rankin got control of the ball when Stan Teague tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquis Wilson in the 69th minute of play forced Royal Oak FC's goalkeeper Desmond Rankin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Marquis Wilson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eddie Brownell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian McLean having to interfere. If Eddie Brownell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Royal Oak FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jesse Shapiro hit a great ball. Jesse Shapiro kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Desmond Rankin made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Stan Teague sent off a good shot on target. Royal Oak FC's Desmond Rankin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquis Wilson in the 91st minute of play. Desmond Rankin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquis Wilson in the 94th minute of the match. Farrell played a much better game than Royal Oak FC and deserved their victory. The Royal Oak FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
