Renato McGowan ran back to his position shaking his head. Lawrence Proctor kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Jacques Lyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dirk Willingham having to interfere. Dirk Willingham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacques Lyle in the 14th minute of the match. Jack Perdue succeeded in the game's 20th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Sneads Ferry's Eli Shepard got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, The Village FC's Dirk Willingham threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jacques Lyle, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacques Lyle in the 32nd minute of play forced Sneads Ferry's goalkeeper Dirk Willingham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
