Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mason Bryant started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 8th minute, Ashland City FC's Monte Emerson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mickey Steiner. Mickey Steiner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 12 played minutes Ashland City FC got a freekick which was hit by Thurman Henley. Mickey Steiner was a little too slow when Arnoldo Alford got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 2-0. Mickey Steiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thurman Henley, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jacob Hamm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mason Bryant in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Brett Melendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Lakehurst FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thurman Henley came free, but Mickey Steiner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lakehurst FC's zone, Thurman Henley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mickey Steiner came out of the goal and Thurman Henley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brett Melendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jacob Hamm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacob Hamm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Kelly in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brett Melendez in the 44th minute of play forced Ashland City FC's goalkeeper Jacob Hamm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thurman Henley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ashland City FC's Thurman Henley got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacob Hamm was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Mason Bryant capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mason Bryant really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 62nd match minute, Lakehurst FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mason Bryant to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute Mason Bryant shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Hamm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mason Bryant was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Mickey Steiner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thurman Henley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Ashland City FC's goalkeeper Jacob Hamm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dwayne Shelton. Dwayne Shelton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Hamm having to interfere. Jacob Hamm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Kelly, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When Ashland City FC's Thurman Henley in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lakehurst FC's goalie prevented a goal.
