After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Sheldon Aldridge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harleysville FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sheldon Aldridge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brant Bartlett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Micah Stephenson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Micah Stephenson to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Rocky Ford got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Mims. The audience was convinced that Micah Stephenson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brice Lott was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Isidro Villanueva hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, Rocky Ford's Devon McConnell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 70th match minute, Harleysville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Villanueva to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Rocky Ford's Micah Stephenson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Brice Lott. Sheldon Aldridge took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brant Bartlett. Brant Bartlett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Harleysville FC's zone, Guy Abraham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brice Lott came out of the goal and Guy Abraham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesse Houston kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Devon McConnell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Rocky Ford booed when Harleysville FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Villanueva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Devon McConnell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brice Lott having to interfere.
