Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Riverbank FC's Johnny Stevens started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adolfo Engle kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eli Shipp got free with Chance Farrar in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cameron Ziegler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cazenovia's goalkeeper Chance Farrar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Cazenovia's goalkeeper Chance Farrar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eli Shipp. Eli Shipp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Chance Farrar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johnny Stevens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chance Farrar having to interfere. In the 36th minute Thad Roman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Whitney Dolan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Riverbank FC's Dylan Ragland got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Riverbank FC's goalkeeper Whitney Dolan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ty Darden during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ty Darden hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Thad Roman made the kick off in the second half. Johnny Stevens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chance Farrar having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Cazenovia's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Stevens came free, but Chance Farrar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cazenovia's zone, Eli Shipp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chance Farrar came out of the goal and Eli Shipp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Johnny Stevens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dylan Ragland's late challenge caught a Cazenovia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dylan Ragland helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot 65 in the game by Flint Slater from a close distance when the talented Whitney Dolan managed to make a qualified save. Riverbank FC's players were relieved. After 65 minutes of play Riverbank FC's Dylan Ragland was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Cazenovia booed when Riverbank FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Ragland didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brandon Hearn's late challenge caught a Cazenovia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brandon Hearn helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Riverbank FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Brandon Hearn hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Riverbank FC's zone, Thad Roman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Whitney Dolan came out of the goal and Thad Roman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eli Shipp scored 1-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chance Farrar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flint Slater sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cazenovia's Flint Slater got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Riverbank FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Thad Roman scored to the left of an out of position Whitney Dolan, making the score, 1-1. Frankie Ashley kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Zachery Landreth came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Riverbank FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zachery Landreth couldn't finish the play. Eli Shipp scored 2-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chance Farrar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Riverbank FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
