To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the match, Eupora AFC's goalkeeper Will Evans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sheldon Osborne. 18 minutes into the game, Peter Weller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eupora AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ticonderoga the free kick. The supporters of Ticonderoga booed when Eupora AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Weller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eupora AFC's Will Evans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Eupora AFC from getting a goal against them. Fernando Peters kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Ticonderoga's goal looked a bit too open when Warner Flood came free, but Vicente Reeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jake Rice kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Vicente Reeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Mixon in the 39th minute of the match. Will Evans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cody Flanagan, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norman Rhoades made a kick off. Jake Rice fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Reeder having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, Ticonderoga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jay Johnston to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Reeder came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Eupora AFC's Warner Flood. But to his dismay, Warner Flood quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Vicente Reeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Fujieda in the 59th minute of the match. Vicente Reeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warner Flood, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 71 played minutes Ticonderoga got a freekick which was hit by Norman Rhoades. In the 74th minute, Warner Flood ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Reeder was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Eupora AFC booed when Ticonderoga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaughn Sexton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Reeder acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Peter Weller. Norman Rhoades's late challenge caught a Eupora AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norman Rhoades helped the player get up and apologised. Norman Rhoades hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Vicente Reeder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hugo Mixon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 85 minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Jonas Snell threw the ball into play from the sideline. Eupora AFC's Giuseppe Thomas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Eupora AFC booed when Ticonderoga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Snell didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Hugo Mixon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eupora AFC played a much better game than Ticonderoga and deserved their victory. The Ticonderoga players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
