After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Van Burrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pella AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Van Burrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robin Hong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robin Hong came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Pella AFC's Duane Stern. But to his dismay, Duane Stern quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 41 minutes into the match, Raton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Duane Stern came free, but Robin Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Raton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Van Burrell came free, but Robin Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chad Doud to strike the kick off in the second half. Robin Hong was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Van Burrell capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Van Burrell really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3.
