Kaysville's Willard Pujols played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garrett Spaulding in the 19th minute of play. Willard Pujols showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carson Ciccaglione, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Willard Pujols made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Avila in the 27th minute of play. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Tim Avila sped through Kaysville's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Willard Pujols. Kaysville's Willard Pujols played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Avila in the 46th minute of play. Willard Pujols made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carson Ciccaglione in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Carson Ciccaglione in the 90th minute of play forced Kaysville's goalkeeper Willard Pujols to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, Kaysville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Campbell to maneuver through the defense. Valley Stream AFC played a much better game than Kaysville and deserved their victory. The Kaysville players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
