Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Douglass Vang got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Neil Davison notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Liverpool F.C.'s Dylan Muniz. Dylan Muniz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ferdinand Pham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglass Vang in the 7th minute of play. Douglass Vang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Pham having to interfere. Mechanic Falls's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Douglass Vang scored to the left of an out of position Ferdinand Pham, making the score, 1-1. A collision led to Mechanic Falls getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Neil Davison hit a great ball. Charlton Smallwood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ferdinand Pham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute Neil Davison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dylan Muniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Neil Davison made a precise shot to the right of Dylan Muniz. Liverpool F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Brandon Phillips hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Monte Meeks struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Dylan Muniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mechanic Falls. In the 41st minute Douglass Vang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Pham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Mechanic Falls getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Neil Davison hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Monte Meeks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neil Davison took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dylan Muniz. Dylan Muniz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After the first half Mechanic Falls were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Neil Davison in the 57th minute of play forced Liverpool F.C.'s goalkeeper Dylan Muniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodney Parson in the 65th minute of play forced Mechanic Falls's goalkeeper Ferdinand Pham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Douglass Vang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 minutes of play, Mechanic Falls's Monte Meeks made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dylan Muniz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ferdinand Pham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglass Vang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mechanic Falls's Ferdinand Pham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglass Vang in the 83rd minute of play. Tommy Hines kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Douglass Vang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Pham having to interfere. Liverpool F.C.'s Charlton Smallwood got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Charlton Smallwood left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liverpool F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Douglass Vang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferdinand Pham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Ferdinand Pham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglass Vang, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The Mechanic Falls supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mechanic Falls would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
