Mohammad Helms received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Felipe Griggs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felipe Griggs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammad Helms in the 17th minute of play. After 17 minutes, Donald Hale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jersey Village FC and the Meltics Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Jersey Village FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donald Hale to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Mohammad Helms got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Meltics Fc's Mohammad Helms sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felipe Griggs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jersey Village FC's Felipe Griggs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohammad Helms in the 24th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Meltics Fc got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Keller. If Truman Rowland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Meltics Fc booed when Jersey Village FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gary Corona didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Jersey Village FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mohammad Helms came free, but Felipe Griggs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Jersey Village FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Gary Corona hit a great ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jersey Village FC's goalkeeper Felipe Griggs, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kristopher Henderson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Theodore Carr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Truman Rowland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mohammad Helms in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Griggs saved Jersey Village FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Mohammad Helms kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Felipe Griggs. That made the score 1-1 in the 59 minute of play. Kristopher Henderson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Theodore Carr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Louie Goldsmith recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Truman Rowland struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Felipe Griggs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meltics Fc. After a rather tough play, Meltics Fc's Abraham Keller got a free kick in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Meltics Fc's Wes Epperson got a free kick in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Jersey Village FC's zone, Mohammad Helms stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Griggs came out of the goal and Mohammad Helms tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
