Isidro Schultz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Schultz in the 8th minute of play forced Meltics Fc's goalkeeper Theodore Carr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Theodore Carr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zane Seymour, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. If Zane Seymour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Mohammad Helms took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Theodore Weeks to make any attempt to save it. In the 16th minute Zane Seymour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodore Carr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Meltics Fc got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Mejia. In the 21st minute Isidro Schultz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodore Carr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Isidro Schultz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25thth minute of the game Zane Seymour who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meltics Fc's Theodore Carr was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Meltics Fc booed when Yonkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Grayson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Truman Rowland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Theodore Weeks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Meltics Fc booed when Yonkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sterling Begay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 34th minute when Zane Seymour elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Mohammad Helms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 played minutes Yonkers got a freekick which was hit by Dan Grayson. Theodore Weeks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammad Helms in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zane Seymour made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Zane Seymour ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theodore Carr was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 55 minutes into the game, Mohammad Helms cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Theodore Weeks was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronnie Cooke hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Yonkers's Anson Ybarra tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Meltics Fc's Abraham Keller got a free kick in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zane Seymour in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theodore Carr saved Meltics Fc from getting behind. With a little luck, Meltics Fc's Theodore Carr got control of the ball when Isidro Schultz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Meltics Fc's zone, Isidro Schultz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theodore Carr came out of the goal and Isidro Schultz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abraham Keller kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Sterling Begay charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sterling Begay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Meltics Fc's Truman Rowland, in the 83rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Meltics Fc. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zane Seymour in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Theodore Carr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 87th play minutes Zane Seymour shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Theodore Carr and just under the crossbar into goal. 91 minutes into the match, Meltics Fc's goalkeeper Theodore Carr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Schultz. Ari Werner kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Anson Ybarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yonkers's supporters rose to their feet, but Anson Ybarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theodore Carr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Meltics Fc supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yonkers's performance. The match ended with a win for Yonkers.
