Randolph Connor's late challenge caught a Soranade's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Randolph Connor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute, Randolph Connor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andre Barrera took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brendan Kendrick. Brendan Kendrick dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Russ Brunson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Brendan Kendrick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Barrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Brendan Kendrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronnie Bowers in the 19th minute of the match. Robert Bustamante charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robert Bustamante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Robert Bustamante kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Russ Brunson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Randolph Connor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Ronnie Bowers put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Brendan Kendrick. Brendan Kendrick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Barrera in the 33rd minute of play. Brendan Kendrick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronnie Bowers, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Cliff Odell made the kick off in the second half. Andre Barrera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Brendan Kendrick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Attalla AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Cliff Odell hit a great ball. Andre Barrera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brendan Kendrick having to make a save. Roosevelt Cassidy lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Soranade! If Leo Gallagher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Barrera in the 70th minute of play forced Attalla AFC's goalkeeper Brendan Kendrick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Soranade's goal looked a bit too open when Cliff Odell came free, but Russ Brunson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andre Barrera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Brendan Kendrick made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Andre Barrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andre Barrera in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brendan Kendrick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Attalla AFC's goalkeeper Brendan Kendrick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andre Barrera. Brendan Kendrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamal Sanchez in the 86th minute of the match. Brendan Kendrick came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Soranade's Jamal Sanchez. But to his dismay, Jamal Sanchez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 93rd minute Leo Gallagher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Russ Brunson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Randolph Connor made a precise shot to the right of Russ Brunson. Soranade's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Jamal Sanchez charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jamal Sanchez hit a great ball. In the 99thth minute Bradley McGuire easily got through Soranade's defense and fired away a shot, but Russ Brunson leaped left and performed a fabulous save. When the referee ended the match the Attalla AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
