An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Skaggs in the 71st minute of play forced Silver Spring FC's goalkeeper Bradly Peterson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nigel Arredondo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 75th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
