With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerry Guillory prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fulham's Denis Rutherford suffered a concussion in the 10th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 10 minutes into the game, Aurelio Wolff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAJUCH FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fulham the free kick. In the 10th minute, Aurelio Wolff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dale Ellis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyron Bolton in the 13th minute of play forced SAJUCH FC's goalkeeper Gerry Guillory to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SAJUCH FC's zone, Dale Ellis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerry Guillory came out of the goal and Dale Ellis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelio Wolff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rudy Langley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tyron Bolton during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tyron Bolton hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Frank McCain hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Warren Tilley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SAJUCH FC's Gerry Guillory proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save SAJUCH FC from getting a goal against them. Rudy Langley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warren Tilley, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. During the 44th minute of the match Tyron Bolton completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tyron Bolton a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Fulham's Tyron Bolton got a free kick in the 45th minute. 48 minutes into the game, SAJUCH FC's Aurelio Wolff nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rudy Langley made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank McCain to strike the kick off in the second half. Luke Braden kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of SAJUCH FC booed when Fulham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank McCain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rudy Langley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Warren Tilley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Luke Braden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Warren Tilley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudy Langley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Warren Tilley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rudy Langley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Fulham's goal looked a bit too open when Warren Tilley came free, but Rudy Langley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Wolff got free with Rudy Langley in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Warren Tilley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Rudy Langley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Wolff might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rudy Langley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Wolff ran back to his position shaking his head. Warren Tilley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded SAJUCH FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fulham.
