To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Crazy Ducks's Mario Sapp in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iron Maiden FC's goalie prevented a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Iron Maiden FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Sapp came free, but Blaine Gibbs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Iron Maiden FC defense, Thad Countess kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blaine Gibbs. The Iron Maiden FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blaine Gibbs should have stopped the shot. Mario Sapp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Blaine Gibbs having to make a save. Preston Rowland kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Marcellus Felton hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Crazy Ducks were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Sapp to strike the kick off in the second half. Jesus Brock kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Crazy Ducks got a freekick which was hit by Wilbert Mullins. In the 64th minute, Crazy Ducks's Thad Countess ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Blaine Gibbs. Blaine Gibbs yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Iron Maiden FC's Blaine Gibbs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Sapp in the 73rd minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Crazy Ducks's goal looked a bit too open when Preston Rowland came free, but Shannon Warren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Iron Maiden FC booed when Crazy Ducks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lonnie Madison didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Preston Rowland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iron Maiden FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Thad Countess could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Blaine Gibbs made a huge save. Thad Roe charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thad Roe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Iron Maiden FC booed when Crazy Ducks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thad Roe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iron Maiden FC's Blaine Gibbs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Iron Maiden FC from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Crazy Ducks could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Iron Maiden FC throughout the match.
