Spectators: 7831 (Terracing: 5874, Seating: 1801, VIP seats: 156) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Blake Kim got the match started through his kick off. Dustin Connolly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute Billy Dale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rich Mason saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dallas Cowboys's Billy Dale, in the 9th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Dallas Cowboys. 10 minutes into the match, Dallas Cowboys's goal looked a bit too open when Blake Kim came free, but Bob Langford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Blake Kim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bob Langford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billy Dale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rich Mason read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Rich Mason showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francis Redmond in the 15th minute of the match. Rich Mason was a little too slow when Billy Dale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. Rich Mason stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Billy Dale's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Billy Dale dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rich Mason, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francis Redmond in the 33rd minute of play forced Gardiner's goalkeeper Rich Mason to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damon Holley struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Rich Mason didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dallas Cowboys. The crowd rose to their feet as Dallas Cowboys's Billy Dale slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rich Mason. That made the score 3-0 after 36 minutes of play. If Stacey Shaver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Billy Dale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rich Mason having to interfere. Gardiner's Rich Mason played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Dale in the 44th minute of play. Billy Dale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Billy Dale made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Billy Dale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rich Mason was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. The supporters of Gardiner booed when Dallas Cowboys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damon Holley didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Dallas Cowboys's Dustin Connolly sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rich Mason narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bob Langford made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Rex Gaston sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Dallas Cowboys's Stacey Shaver seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Stacey Shaver the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dallas Cowboys protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Stacey Shaver had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 67 minutes into the game, one of Dallas Cowboys:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Gardiner. Blair Payton stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bob Langford. 3-1. Francis Redmond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rich Mason having to interfere. Bob Langford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blake Kim, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Billy Dale in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rich Mason saved Gardiner from getting behind. Francis Redmond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 82nd minute Francis Redmond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rich Mason saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Felipe Hatch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Francis Redmond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Javier Sharpe made a precise shot to the right of Bob Langford. Dallas Cowboys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After 90 played minutes Gardiner got a freekick which was hit by Lazaro Carey. Billy Dale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rich Mason having to interfere. If Francis Redmond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Billy Dale in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rich Mason saved Gardiner from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Dallas Cowboys players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
