Spectators: 6777 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilbert Blanton kicked off to start the match. Bridge City's Nathan Metz got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Mitch Merritt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Del Macias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nathan Metz's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. The supporters of Skyline View booed when Bridge City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Maloney didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Nathan Metz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Del Macias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nathan Metz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Del Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Matthew Chung hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Bridge City's Adolfo Beckman broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nathan Metz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Del Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Korey McNally had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Nathan Metz put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Del Macias. Nathan Metz struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Del Macias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bridge City. Del Macias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nathan Metz in the 37th minute of the match. Nathan Metz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Del Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mitch Merritt fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skyline View's protests and gave Mitch Merritt a yellow card for diving instead. Mitch Merritt hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nathan Metz was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Skyline View defense, Nathan Metz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Del Macias. The Skyline View fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Del Macias should have stopped the shot. After 59 minutes of play, Bridge City's Nathan Metz made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Del Macias was left in no man's land by his defense there! 62 minutes into the match, Skyline View's goalkeeper Del Macias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolfo Beckman. Edgar Connolly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nathan Metz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Del Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bridge City were furious when Wilson Maloney was red carded, 70 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Skyline View a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Donald Honeycutt, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bridge City's Tracey Haynes. 2-3. Nathan Metz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-4 to the left of a surprised Del Macias 79 minutes into the match. Nathan Metz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Connolly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Del Macias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Korey McNally in the 86th minute. Korey McNally fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Del Macias having to interfere. Jospeh Burnett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Del Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nathan Metz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-5 to the left of a surprised Del Macias 92 minutes into the match. Edgar Connolly hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Bridge City played a much better game than Skyline View and deserved their victory. The Skyline View players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
