Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frankie Horner took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 2 minutes, Randolph Dawkins took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Garry Vasquez to make any attempt to save it. Jonas Booker made in the 6th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Brice Cagle however managed to control. Hal Vaughan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ty Madsen in the 11th minute of play forced Yountville AFC's goalkeeper Garry Vasquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hal Vaughan came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Yountville AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hal Vaughan couldn't finish the play. Marvin Reese sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Owosso FC's Garry Vasquez threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Moses Benoit, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Von Hanley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Rigoberto Howell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moses Benoit made a kick off. A collision led to Yountville AFC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jayson Bernard hit a great ball. Brice Cagle took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Garry Vasquez. Garry Vasquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Frankie Horner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Rigoberto Howell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moses Benoit in the 76th minute of play forced Yountville AFC's goalkeeper Garry Vasquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garry Vasquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randolph Dawkins in the 79th minute of play. Garry Vasquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brice Cagle, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Frankie Horner struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Rigoberto Howell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yountville AFC. Frankie Horner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Moses Benoit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yountville AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
