Cameron Crain didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyrus Patterson got free with Duncan Miner in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cedric Puckett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Marsh having to interfere. Port Carbon FC's Duncan Miner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominic Dillard in the 10th minute of play. Cedric Puckett kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. With a little luck, Port Carbon FC's Duncan Miner got control of the ball when Cyrus Patterson tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Terrence Calloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derick Little in the 17th minute of play forced Port Carbon FC's goalkeeper Duncan Miner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Bound Brooks's Cyrus Patterson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Duncan Miner. Duncan Miner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Cedric Puckett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Douglas Marsh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Port Carbon FC's Cedric Puckett sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Douglas Marsh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Duncan Miner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Derick Little's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute, Markus Hester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duncan Miner was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dominic Dillard. Cedric Puckett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Terrence Calloway made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Port Carbon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Derick Little came free, but Duncan Miner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sebastian Minor came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Bound Brooks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Minor couldn't finish the play. Port Carbon FC's Duncan Miner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyrus Patterson in the 57th minute of play. Duncan Miner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derick Little in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Port Carbon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrus Patterson came free, but Duncan Miner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Bound Brooks's Douglas Marsh got control of the ball when Cedric Puckett tried to sneak it across the goal line. Derick Little took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duncan Miner. Duncan Miner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Bound Brooks's Cameron Crain got a free kick in the 67th minute. Duncan Miner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derick Little, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cyrus Patterson struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Duncan Miner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bound Brooks. Cyrus Patterson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bound Brooks getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Sebastian Minor hit a great ball. In the 95th minute Terrence Calloway shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Marsh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bound Brooks fans cheered their team off the field, for while Port Carbon FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
