Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Adolfo Beckman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 3 minutes into the game, Nathan Metz lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Tobiasz Harendarski. In the 8th minute, Bridge City's Nathan Metz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tobiasz Harendarski. Tobiasz Harendarski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Chamberlayne's Tobiasz Harendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korey McNally in the 12th minute of play. Adolfo Beckman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobiasz Harendarski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Thurman Buddle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Tracey Haynes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tracey Haynes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shaun Weller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes of play, Chamberlayne's Shaun Weller made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tracey Haynes was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 48 minutes, Edgar Connolly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bridge City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Connolly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nathan Metz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, Bridge City's Wilson Maloney shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tobiasz Harendarski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bridge City reached it. 55 minutes into the match, Chamberlayne's goal looked a bit too open when Nathan Metz came free, but Tobiasz Harendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marc Valencia hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Bridge City's Tracey Haynes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graig Espinoza in the 66th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Weldon Cartwright in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chamberlayne's Darío Campos. 76 minutes into the game, Chamberlayne's Thurman Buddle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tracey Haynes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 84th minute Adolfo Beckman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Harendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bridge City's Nathan Metz got a free kick in the 85th minute. The supporters of Chamberlayne booed when Bridge City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Maloney didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Thurman Buddle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Chamberlayne's Lyle Harrell got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nathan Metz in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobiasz Harendarski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 97th minute, Graig Espinoza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
