The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Filiberto Barrios made in the 55th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Korey McNally however managed to control. Jospeh Burnett kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Foster McFadden scored 1-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tracey Haynes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rosario Mullins struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Tracey Haynes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MacArthur. Adolfo Beckman's late challenge caught a MacArthur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 70th minute Vern Brewer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tracey Haynes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Jospeh Burnett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 86 played minutes, Bridge City's Marc Valencia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charlton Lopes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bridge City reached it. Nathan Metz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MacArthur's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Nathan Metz scored to the left of an out of position Charlton Lopes, making the score, 1-2. After having played for 95 minutes, Nathan Metz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bridge City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nathan Metz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Although MacArthur had been in control for most of the match, Bridge City still came away with the win.
