Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Glenolden AFC's Tad Tinsley started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Glenolden AFC's Roger Hensley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ty Madsen in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Glenolden AFC's zone, Brice Cagle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Hensley came out of the goal and Brice Cagle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the game, Owosso FC's Claudio Deal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roger Hensley made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rickey Cole hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Sebastian Valle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roger Hensley showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Glenolden AFC's Roger Hensley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randolph Dawkins in the 25th minute of play. Virgil Pennington hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Owosso FC's Brice Cagle got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Owosso FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Claudio Deal hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Claudio Deal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Owosso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Roger Hensley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Randolph Dawkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 36th minute, Tad Tinsley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Glenolden AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Randolph Dawkins came free, but Roger Hensley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Virgil Pennington managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glenolden AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgil Pennington was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tad Tinsley struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Rigoberto Howell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glenolden AFC.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Randolph Dawkins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rigoberto Howell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Karros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Owosso FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Brice Cagle hit a great ball. If Tad Tinsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Karros fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 64th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Claudio Deal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Glenolden AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Tad Tinsley hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the game, Fernando Karros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Rigoberto Howell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Claudio Deal came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roger Hensley could save by the left post. Tad Tinsley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Howell having to interfere. Tad Tinsley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rigoberto Howell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tad Tinsley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Howell having to interfere. In the 95thth minute of the game Randolph Dawkins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glenolden AFC's Roger Hensley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Owosso FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Brice Cagle hit a great ball.
