Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Scott Cegielski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Scott Cegielski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raphael Dahlstrom was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 78th minute of the match, Scott Cegielski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Raphael Dahlstrom saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
