Minnesota Macabre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeramy Numbers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Huracan's goal looked a bit too open when Isaiah Bennett came free, but Monty Sheldon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

After 69 minutes of play, Huracan's Marshall Hendricks made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Sheffield was left in no man's land by his defense there! 73 minutes into the match, Minnesota Macabre's Jeramy Numbers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Monty Sheldon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Parker Kendrick scored 1-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Monty Sheldon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
