Spectators: 6796 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1796, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aldo Watson made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Martin Frederick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Marcellus Cross's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emmitt Bledsoe was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Emmitt Bledsoe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcellus Cross, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, Century's Cedric Davies got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 18 played minutes Century got a freekick which was hit by Craig Rivers. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Marcellus Cross sped through Century's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emmitt Bledsoe. Emmitt Bledsoe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bronson Goff in the 23rd minute of play. Emmitt Bledsoe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcellus Cross's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Watson in the 26th minute of play forced Connecticut FC's goalkeeper Shayne Herrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 29 minutes into the game, when Craig Rivers put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Century:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Connecticut FC:s goal. Wilson Hernandez placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 34th minute Cristobal Parnell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmitt Bledsoe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Century's Emmitt Bledsoe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcellus Cross in the 43rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Marcellus Cross put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Emmitt Bledsoe. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcellus Cross to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Century getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Calvin Brunson hit a great ball. Shayne Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clint McNamara in the 53rd minute of play. Marcellus Crosss short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Emmitt Bledsoe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Shayne Herrera came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Century's Clint McNamara. But to his dismay, Clint McNamara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some careless play in the Connecticut FC defense, Cedric Davies kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shayne Herrera. The Connecticut FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shayne Herrera should have stopped the shot. Clint McNamara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Shayne Herrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Frederick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emmitt Bledsoe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Parnell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Century's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Frederick came free, but Emmitt Bledsoe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Marcellus Cross had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emmitt Bledsoe. Century's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcellus Cross was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Connecticut FC's Martin Frederick got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Century's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Frederick came free, but Emmitt Bledsoe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shayne Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clint McNamara, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Connecticut FC's goal looked a bit too open when Calvin Brunson came free, but Shayne Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clint McNamara scored 3-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shayne Herrera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Connecticut FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Century to leave the ground with a draw.
