Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Warren Crenshaw made the kick off and thus started the match. When Lions FC's Sung Conrad in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stark FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Warren Crenshaw managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stark FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Warren Crenshaw was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denver Thome in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Byron Chen saved Stark FC from getting behind. Byron Chen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sung Conrad, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Stark FC's Byron Chen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sung Conrad in the 20th minute of play. Byron Chen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emery Kearns, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 played minutes Stark FC got a freekick which was hit by Donny Deal. Byron Chen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sung Conrad's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Lions FC were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Stark FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sung Conrad took the corner. At last the ball reached Donovan York at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Stark FC. 0-1. Sung Conrad succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. In the 35thth minute of the game Emery Kearns who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stark FC's Byron Chen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Korey Conley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Warren Crenshaw in the 36th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denver Thome during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Denver Thome hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Warren Crenshaw recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sung Conrad to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sung Conrad in the 51st minute of play forced Stark FC's goalkeeper Byron Chen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Warren Crenshaw came free, but Korey Conley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 played minutes Stark FC got a freekick which was hit by Phillip Seay. Byron Chen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emery Kearns, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Stark FC's Donny Deal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Donny Deal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Stark FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Donny Deal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 70th minute, Donny Deal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Lions FC's Denver Thome ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Byron Chen. Byron Chen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Byron Chen didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 76th minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. In the 79th minute of the match, Denver Thome tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Byron Chen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Reinaldo Coyle came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Lions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinaldo Coyle couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, Stark FC's goalkeeper Byron Chen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sung Conrad. The supporters of Lions FC booed when Stark FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phillip Seay didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Donovan York had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Stark FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lions FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Lions FC.
