Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Charles Berry got the match started through his kick off. Lawrenceville District FC's Ignacio Scott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Berg in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute Charles Berry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Scott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Berg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ignacio Scott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Dimmitt's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariah Jacobsen came free, but Stanford Rowley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Damien Hobbs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lawrenceville District FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damien Hobbs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanford Rowley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the game, Jim Ramey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dimmitt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lawrenceville District FC the free kick. The supporters of Lawrenceville District FC booed when Dimmitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Ramey didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lawrenceville District FC's goalkeeper Ignacio Scott, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Dimmitt's Stanford Rowley got control of the ball when Damien Hobbs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Charles Berry scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Scott, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ramiro Berg struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ignacio Scott didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dimmitt. Ignacio Scott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Berry, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Jim Ramey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Gregory Mullen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dimmitt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregory Mullen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zachariah Jacobsen made a kick off. Charles Berry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Scott having to interfere. Ramiro Berg scored 0-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Scott, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dimmitt fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Ramiro Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Berry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ignacio Scott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Gibbons's late challenge caught a Dimmitt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abraham Gibbons helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Lawrenceville District FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Charles Berry fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ignacio Scott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Berry in the 78th minute of play. Ramiro Bergs short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Ignacio Scott to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 88th minute Charles Berry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Scott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Scott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Berry in the 90th minute of the match. Ignacio Scott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Berry in the 92nd minute of play. Ramiro Berg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Dimmitt left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lawrenceville District FC.
