Sedona AFC's players were relieved. Sedona AFC's Garth Rader got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute Garth Rader shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronald Barrow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to USA Thunder getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Wyatt Jimenez hit a great ball. Ronald Barrow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Myles in the 10th minute of play. Juan Glenn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elton Mitchell in the 12th minute of play. If Elton Mitchell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the game, Trevor Chacon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sedona AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave USA Thunder the free kick. The supporters of USA Thunder booed when Sedona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trevor Chacon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronald Barrow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garth Rader in the 27th minute of play. Garth Rader took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronald Barrow. Ronald Barrow dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Palmer Roper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ignacio Myles might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronald Barrow. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignacio Myles ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Garth Rader in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronald Barrow saved USA Thunder from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Sedona AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Elton Mitchell came free, but Juan Glenn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, USA Thunder's Wyatt Jimenez got a free kick in the 41st minute. Wade Sexton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garth Rader in the 46th minute of play forced USA Thunder's goalkeeper Ronald Barrow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sedona AFC's Ignacio Myles got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Elton Mitchell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Glenn having to interfere. Conrad Harris took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Glenn. Juan Glenn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Sedona AFC's Juan Glenn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrad Harris in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute Ignacio Myles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronald Barrow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Sedona AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Hood came free, but Juan Glenn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sedona AFC's zone, Francis Hood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Glenn came out of the goal and Francis Hood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sedona AFC's Juan Glenn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elton Mitchell in the 78th minute of play. Garth Rader's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Ronald Barrow skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ronald Barrow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Myles, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Elton Mitchell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Glenn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The USA Thunder fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sedona AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
