Edward Nicholson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Team Whiskey's Octavio Grant got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute Asher Russell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josh Addison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asher Russell in the 66th minute of play forced Winners FC's goalkeeper Josh Addison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
