Praetorians's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Zachariah Jacobsen 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Praetorians's Rudolph Youngblood proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Praetorians from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Praetorians's Rudolph Youngblood got control of the ball when Damien Hobbs tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Lawrenceville District FC booed when Praetorians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Mendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachariah Jacobsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Praetorians's goalkeeper Rudolph Youngblood had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damien Hobbs. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariah Jacobsen in the 45th minute of play forced Praetorians's goalkeeper Rudolph Youngblood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudolph Youngblood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachariah Jacobsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilberto Mendez to strike the kick off in the second half. Rudolph Youngblood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damien Hobbs, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Praetorians's goalkeeper Rudolph Youngblood, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lawrenceville District FC's Damien Hobbs got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Praetorians's Rudolph Youngblood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariah Jacobsen in the 79th minute of play. Lawrenceville District FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
