Mason Wilcox was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Wade Sexton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carson Noble's late challenge caught a Sedona AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carson Noble helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ste. Genevieve FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Carson Noble hit a great ball. Willy Horton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ignacio Myles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tracey Presley hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Palmer Roper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ste. Genevieve FC's Willy Horton in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sedona AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The wind increased when Willy Horton made the kick off in the second half. Juan Glenn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Willy Horton's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Lonnie Phelps, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Sedona AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Palmer Roper hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Lonnie Phelps sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sedona AFC's Juan Glenn didn't even have to move. If Ignacio Myles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Virgil Bearden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ste. Genevieve FC's Jay Gary got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 71 played minutes Ignacio Myles rounded Ste. Genevieve FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Juan Glenn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenny Weaver, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 81st minute, Willy Horton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Glenn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Juan Glenn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lenny Weaver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roland Short during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ignacio Myles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignacio Myles in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mason Wilcox saved Ste. Genevieve FC from getting behind. When Avery Kerr fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ste. Genevieve FC's protests and gave Avery Kerr a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ste. Genevieve FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Avery Kerr hit a great ball. If Ignacio Myles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
