Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alejandro DeJesus kicked off to start the match. After 4 minutes of play, Green FC's Rigoberto Cervantes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 24th minute Orville Davila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyson Blair saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Orville Davila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orville Davila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orville Davila in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tyson Blair saved Green FC from getting behind. The supporters of Sinton booed when Green FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Post didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes, Sinton's Terrence Mabry shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tyson Blair came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sinton reached it. The supporters of Sinton booed when Green FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Post didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oswaldo Orlinsky struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Vincent Butler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Green FC. 42 minutes into the match, Sinton's goalkeeper Vincent Butler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oswaldo Orlinsky. Rigoberto Cervantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Butler having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oswaldo Orlinsky stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oswaldo Orlinsky's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vincent Butler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Green FC's Rudolph Ragsdale got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aldo Willoughby hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Alejandro DeJesus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tyson Blair came out and tried to block the shot, but Alejandro DeJesus slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 69th minute. Vincent Butler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oswaldo Orlinsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Oswaldo Orlinsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Green FC's Oswaldo Orlinsky in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sinton's goalie prevented a goal. Rudolph Ragsdale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oswaldo Orlinsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Vincent Butler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Lanny Gibbons fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sinton's protests and gave Lanny Gibbons a yellow card for diving instead. Oswaldo Orlinsky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Butler having to interfere. Vincent Butler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oswaldo Orlinsky in the 95th minute of play. Rudolph Ragsdale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Butler having to interfere.
