Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeramy Cabrera in the 3rd minute of play forced Jarrettsville's goalkeeper Rob Childs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rob Childs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grant Jarrett in the 5th minute of play. Claudio Carrasco took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rob Childs. Rob Childs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rob Childs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Carrasco in the 11th minute of the match. Rob Childs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominic Lynn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rob Childs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier McCullough in the 17th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jay McQueen during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Iselin AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jay McQueen to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Carrasco in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rob Childs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute Claudio Carrasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rob Childs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Xavier McCullough notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Jarrettsville's Rob Childs. Rob Childs was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jarrettsville's Rob Childs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier McCullough in the 31st minute of play. Xavier McCullough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 minutes of play, Iselin AFC's Xavier McCullough made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rob Childs was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Grant Jarrett scored 0-4 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rob Childs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Iselin AFC's Rob Childs threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xavier McCullough, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavier McCullough in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rob Childs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the match, Jarrettsville's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier McCullough came free, but Rob Childs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rob Childs was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xavier McCullough showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 71 minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Xavier McCullough notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Jarrettsville's Rob Childs. Jarrettsville's Anthony Fuller managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jeramy Cabrera in the 93 minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Iselin AFC's Grant Jarrett ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rob Childs. Rob Childs yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Iselin AFC played a much better game than Jarrettsville and deserved their victory. The Jarrettsville players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
