Carlos Groves charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Groves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carlos Groves kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match Saul Coffman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stefan Duarte skillfully saved the ball. Shannon Buddle struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Tyson Blair didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tuborg United FC. In the 16th minute Rigoberto Cervantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Cervantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute Rigoberto Cervantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Cervantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Duarte having to interfere. Stefan Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Cervantes in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Tuborg United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Cervantes came free, but Stefan Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match Moses Swift shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tyson Blair showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rigoberto Cervantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Stefan Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Oswaldo Orlinsky managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oswaldo Orlinsky was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oswaldo Orlinsky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefan Duarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rigoberto Cervantes went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Oswaldo Orlinsky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Rigoberto Cervantes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tuborg United FC's Stefan Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Cervantes in the 74th minute of play. Stefan Duarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rigoberto Cervantes's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Rigoberto Cervantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Duarte having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Tuborg United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Cervantes came free, but Stefan Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Oswaldo Orlinsky fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Stefan Duarte, passed just outside the right post. 91 minutes into the match, Tuborg United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Cervantes came free, but Stefan Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Oswaldo Orlinsky sped through Tuborg United FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stefan Duarte. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Cervantes in the 98th minute of play forced Tuborg United FC's goalkeeper Stefan Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Tuborg United FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Green FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
