The supporters of TEXASFC booed when North Alaska FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedric Fischer didn't get a good kick on the ball. North Alaska FC's Yong Hopson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Joseph in the 19th minute of play. TEXASFC's Dominic Barber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grady Steiner in the 26th minute of play. Sergio Joseph recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergio Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yong Hopson having to interfere. TEXASFC's Dominic Barber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grady Steiner in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to TEXASFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Romeo Merchant hit a great ball. Grady Steiner struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Dominic Barber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for North Alaska FC. Tod Barton charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tod Barton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in TEXASFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave North Alaska FC a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Adolfo Stjohn, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TEXASFC's Dominic Barber. 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Joseph stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sergio Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yong Hopson having to interfere. Young Delarosa's late challenge caught a North Alaska FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Young Delarosa helped the player get up and apologised. If Nicholas Ellison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TEXASFC's Dominic Barber proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save TEXASFC from getting a goal against them. Dominic Barber didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicholas Ellison went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 68th minute Grady Steiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Barber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicholas Ellison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Curt Lang hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The North Alaska FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
