Martin Hinds received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Brock Ochoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Curt Santana's late challenge caught a Jennings AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Curt Santana helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Stallions FC's Curt Santana got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute, Graig Watson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Korey Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Goodwin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47thth minute of the game Korey Lucas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stallions FC's Lionel Goodwin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Woody Tang struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Brock Ochoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stallions FC. After a defensive mix-up in Jennings AFC's zone, Martin Hinds stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brock Ochoa came out of the goal and Martin Hinds tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Woody Tang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Graig Watson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lionel Goodwin having to interfere. Jennings AFC's Korey Lucas got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lionel Goodwin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korey Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Graig Watson got free with Lionel Goodwin in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Korey Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Lionel Goodwin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lionel Goodwin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Korey Lucas's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Stallions FC's Lionel Goodwin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korey Lucas in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Korey Lucas in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lionel Goodwin saved Stallions FC from getting behind. Lionel Goodwin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Graig Watson in the 85th minute. In the 91stth minute of the game Korey Lucas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stallions FC's Lionel Goodwin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute of the game, Graig Watson landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The Stallions FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jennings AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Jennings AFC.
