In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boston Celtics's goalkeeper Walker Babcock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Otsego City getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Gregorio Avila hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiley Chung got free with Walker Babcock in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tanner Tripp in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Paul prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72ndth minute of the game Tanner Tripp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Otsego City's Adolfo Paul was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Wiley Chung had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wiley Chung sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Walker Babcock had great luck who in the 92ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Julio Starr from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The Boston Celtics supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Otsego City's performance. The match ended with a win for Otsego City.
