Spectators: 6820 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 50) Eating Grapes's Brett Gallardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Eating Grapes from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Simon in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix McIntosh saved Holtville from getting behind. In the 14th minute Vern Walls shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brett Gallardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes, Joshua Griffith made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Holtville's Felix McIntosh tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Samuel Simon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eating Grapes's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Simon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix McIntosh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix McIntosh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joshua Griffith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rdth minute of the game Joshua Griffith who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holtville's Felix McIntosh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Holtville's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Simon came free, but Felix McIntosh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Merrill Meredith's late challenge caught a Eating Grapes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Merrill Meredith helped the player get up and apologised. After 39 played minutes Holtville got a freekick which was hit by Merrill Meredith. In the 41stth minute of the game Samuel Simon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holtville's Felix McIntosh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Joshua Griffith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix McIntosh having to interfere. The throw-in from Garrett Smallwood in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Eating Grapes's Rich Valentine. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Griffith in the 59th minute of play forced Holtville's goalkeeper Felix McIntosh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Eating Grapes getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Terry Gaston hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes Eating Grapes got a freekick which was hit by Stevie McGill. Eating Grapes's Brett Gallardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vern Walls in the 63rd minute of play. Samuel Simon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Felix McIntosh skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Simon got free with Felix McIntosh in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Samuel Simon made a precise shot to the right of Felix McIntosh. Holtville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. With a little luck, Holtville's Felix McIntosh got control of the ball when Joshua Griffith tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vern Walls took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brett Gallardo. Brett Gallardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Vern Walls sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix McIntosh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joshua Griffith, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Brett Gallardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Nugent in the 92nd minute of play. When Eating Grapes's Joshua Griffith in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Holtville's goalie prevented a goal. Merrill Meredith kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Rich Valentine hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Eating Grapes eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
